We had an investment property to sell AS-IS. We spoke to Kurt about listing the house and he suggested, before we do that, to see if any of the "Buy-Your-House-For-Cash" guys would be willing to pay a fair price, which would save us paying a commission. Who does that? We received an offer from a company and Kurt helped us by reviewing the offer and the contract. The offer was below what Kurt thought the property would sell for so we countered the offer. Those folks, along with a 2nd company would only offer below-market dollars, so we listed with Kurt. Within a week of listing the house we were under contract and our net, after commissions, was $30,000.00 above what those companies offered us. Kurt is honest, caring, ethical and smart.
